The operations of delivery include 2 phases:

PREPARING THE PACKAGE
– Takes 1-2 working days if the products are available in stock;
– When some items are on backorder, the preparation takes 3 to 5 days; if it is expected that the replenishment will take longer, Bloom’ebeauty warns you sending you an email.
METHODS OF DELIVERY

Mondial Relay is a network of over 6,000 shops, which receive parcels at your attention. Most of these shops are open on Saturdays, they offer an hourly amplitude which allows easy removal of your package, when you leave your work or go for shopping. Generally packages are available at the relay point between 3 and 5 working days after the shipment.|
|La Poste Colissimo ExpertHome delivery against signature. Deliveries are made in all countries served securely by postal services, by “Colissimo delivered against signature.”You can follow the delivery of your package by entering your tracking number at: http://www.colissimo.fr|
USUAL DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery takes usually:
– 2 to 5 working days in France (Continental) (Mondial Relay is often slower than Colissimo)
– 3 to 7 working days in Europe,
– 6 to 14 working days for shipments in the French overseas departments and outside Europe. Please note that customs controls can significantly slow down the delivery of the package, without Bloom’ebeauty being responsible.
MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME
Delivery must be made within 30 days of confirmation of the order and payment.
MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF PACKAGES
The maximum weight of a package is 30 Kg.
If the weight of the items you order exceeds 30 Kg, you can not finalize the order, no carrier is available. Contact Bloom’ebeauty to define a suitable solution.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can thus monitor your delivery through the website of the chosen carrier, in real time, wherever you are.
Mondial Relay can also alert you by SMS of the provision of the package in the chosen relay point.
If you give us an incorrect email address, you can not receive tracking information or be notified when the package arrives.
Shipping costs vary depending on the mode of transport, the place of delivery, and weight of the items ordered.
Shipping fees include participation in the cost of preparing and packing parcels.
For home delivery, you can specify a different delivery address than the one given for billing.
The customer is fully responsible for the quality and accuracy of the address given with the order. In case of error or inaccuracy, Bloom’ebeauty assumes no responsibility; if the package is lost, comes late, or is returned to the sender, the client will not be compensated and will bear all costs of this wrong address.
